We offer worldwide shipping.
All orders will be shipped from Spain with the correspondence tracking number from Correos ( National and European shipping) and UPS ( international).
For all non-EU orders, local customs charges may apply. Also, this process of crossing borders may cause delays and is out of our control.
Shipping Fees and Estimated Delivery Times:
Spain: 1-10 days / 7€
Europe: 3-10 days / 20€

Delivery dates for all orders are dependent on stock availability.
Returns
We are happy to offer exchange or full refund within 14 days after receipt, if you wish to return or exchange please contact us at hello@vivihenko.com indicating your order number.
Return Fees:
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost sunless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Note:
Pieces must be returned in original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
Bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
We cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries.
If you would like to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us.
