Sunstone Necklace

Sunstone has always felt like a little piece of light to me. Every time I wear it, I feel it bringing back joy, confidence, and that beautiful energy we sometimes forget we carry inside ourselves. To me, it’s so much more than just a crystal, it feels like a tiny talisman that turns sadness into calm and fear into strength.

I’m especially obsessed with the Arusha variety from Tanzania because of its incredible iridescent sparkles, almost like a tiny disco ball glowing under the sun. Its energy feels even softer and more loving, helping me reconnect with self-love, emotional peace, and that feeling of coming back home to myself.

It’s long been known as a stone of abundance and good fortune, and honestly, I completely understand why. 

It carries this warm, radiant, empowering energy deeply connected to the solar plexus chakra, inspiring confidence, motivation, and helping you step into your own power.

There’s also a beautiful legend behind it that I absolutely love, the Vikings were said to use the so-called Sunstone to navigate through fog and cloudy skies. They believed it could reveal the position of the sun and guide them safely home without losing their way. Honestly, I feel like this crystal does the exact same thing emotionally, helping you find yourself again whenever life feels a little dark.

To care for its energy, I love cleansing it with natural incense smoke and letting it recharge under the morning sunlight or during the full moon. It feels like giving back all the light and magic that it later shares with me.
